Last Shipping Before Christmas
To avoid disappointment please order in far in advance as possible. As cross-border courier networks are extremely busy leading up to Christmas please note that delivery times may be longer during these peak periods.
Due to orders originating from the UK it may take longer than usual for consignments to clear customs so please order early.
Any orders placed after Thursday 22 December at 15:00 CET will not be shipped until the first week of January.
Delivery to Europe
For orders below a total amount of 150 €, delivery is charged at 9,95 €.
Orders are shipped with UPS on a tracked service originating from the United Kingdom with duties and fees fully paid by us (DDP).

You can return your as-new item (with packaging & tags intact) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you would like to return your order, please carefully package and post back to the below address, including a copy of your packing slip and if you would like a refund or exchange.

We recommend using a recorded postal service for your returns as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or go missing whilst in transit. We do not provide a delivery service for returns, but will provide free delivery for all exchange items shipped back to the customer.

Please note that we can only offer exchanges for items of equal value or a combination of lesser value product and a partial refund.
Gifts can only be returned for a refund to the original purchaser.
Wecan only accept returns for items purchased through our website. All other returns should be referred to the retailer from whom youritem(s) were purchased.
We cannot refund any delivery charges, unless an item is faulty or sent in error.
Exchanges can only be fulfilled once the original purchase has been returned to our warehouse.
Processing of returns can take up to 5 business days and refunds issued to your account can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
